It's a story of shipwreck like so many others, but in Courseulles-sur-Mer (Calvados) this Saturday, January 16, the shadow of the “Breiz” is floating in the port.
The trawler sank Thursday evening off Ouistreham, with three fishermen on board.
The bodies of the men were found the next day in the wreckage of the ship, 15 meters deep.
On the small fish market soaked in rain and sea, the shipwreck is a reminder that many fishermen are killed off shore every year.
