The New York Times reported today that US President-elect Joe Biden will lift the travel ban with many countries and rejoin the Paris climate agreement on his first day in office.
The newspaper quoted the chief of staff of the White House administration, Ron Klein, as saying that the president-elect intends to issue a series of executive orders that will be substantive and symbolic, including canceling the ban on flights with many Muslim-majority countries and joining the Paris climate agreement.
