At about 1 pm today (17th), when a private car was driving along the Wai Yip Street flyover in Kowloon Bay, it lost control and crashed into Shibeng during a suspected turn. The private car turned upside down and the driver was once trapped.
According to the car's Cam fragment, the white private car was driving on the left lane of the upper site and lost control when it reached the curve. It suddenly crossed the lane and hit the rock in the middle of the road.
