A well-known rule is that it is forbidden to use a place where a synagogue is built, except for use as a synagogue.

But what about the yard count?

After all, at the end of the plague, naturally, the worshipers will return to the synagogues.

Is it permissible to stop the prayers on the spot?

Answer:

It is permissible to dismantle the mats and return the yard to its first use, and there is no obligation to leave the temporary synagogue there.

This is the language of the column in the Canadian way of life - "Houses and courtyards where people gather to pray at random - there is no holiness in them."

And Be'er Rabbeinu Beit Yosef on his words - "Amarinen in the Gemara - sages say the street has no sanctity in it, and even though he prays on fasts and classes because he is a dakrai in the alma mater.

And wrote from the late Harin Habib - as well as houses and courtyards.

"It seems to me that the synagogues where we pray in the courtyards of the Tugram kingdom are similar, for the sages said on the streets of a city where there is no sanctity, Dakrai is in ignorance, and all our apartments in their houses and courtyards and castles are all rented out for months or years."

In addition, even if they purchased the parking lot or yard for the time of the corona per quorum, it is now permissible to sell it for another purpose, as explained in the MBIT Responsa Part C Kmg.

And the money can also be used for secular matters, if the representatives of the quorum sell it with the knowledge of the participants, such as the law of a synagogue of villages sold in the seven best of the city, that the money goes out of the way.

And easy and material here, lighter than a village synagogue.
