- As the police reported, the 23-year-old was on Saturday at around 3:30 p.m. together with a friend in the area of the Durhamer Almen in the Fischbachau area.
For fun, the two jumped into the deep snow.
But the Irschenberger was unlucky: he hit his head on a stone covered with snow.
The young man suffered serious injuries.
The Irschenberger was rescued by several emergency services from the Bad Feilnbach mountain rescue service and with the support of a rescue helicopter.
The helicopter then took the injured person to the accident clinic in Murnau.
