Sushi Bar Basel (Selected Studio)

Meet "Sushi Bar Basel", which is considered one of the oldest sushi bars in Tel Aviv, established in 1997. Despite its name, the restaurant is located on Frishman Street in Tel Aviv, the sushi chef is Haim Alush.

The menu is very rich - specializing in a variety of authentic authentic dishes from Japanese cuisine: starters, soups and most importantly - sushi.

All the dishes on the menu are made from the highest quality ingredients, with the emphasis on freshness - all products arrive at the restaurant on the same day and are prepared by hand.

What is the uniqueness of the place?

"Our uniqueness lies in the fact that we are turning very diverse audience through sushi specialties suitable for both sensitive to gluten and for pregnant women. Behind each portion invested thought and a lot of work to score a taste of the wide an audience as possible.

Occasionally we innovate and work on new dishes every few months We surprise the audience and refresh the menu. "

It should be noted that the place makes sure to prepare the sushi in "bite" dishes, just like the traditional sushi from Japan, in order to provide customers with an authentic experience.

Another interesting fact is - all the cooks in the place undergo special training that lasts about three years under the guidance of a sushi expert, because they believe that their audience deserves the best.
