Mayor Max Kressirer (WGE) and Councilors Dieter Heilmair (CSU) and Franz Keimeleder (FWF) did not want to come to an agreement.
Their point of criticism: For the years 2022 to 2024, no approach for the project was included in the budget draft - nor any planning costs.
Only for this year were 150,000 euros hired.
Kressirer explained that further planning costs are only necessary if the project should really be implemented.
However, this is currently stopped by the community of participants.
The reason for this is, as reported several times, the discussion about the rehabilitation of the Finsing rainwater sewer system and the lack of clarity that prevails with regard to the participation of citizens.
“We have a very detailed draft plan.
If we invest in further planning now, that means that we have to implement the measure promptly.
Then that means we have to spend millions in 2025.
But we should do that when we can afford it, ”emphasized Kressirer.
The Heilmair and Keimeleder see differently.
"I believe that we will soon find a possible way in the AG Rainwater", indicated Heilmair as AG Chairman.
He therefore sees it as necessary to set a budget for further planning.
“It would be fatal if we left that out.
We have to signal that something is happening.
Letting out is not an option, ”he warned.
Gertrud Eichinger (SPD) showed understanding that “a sign is expected” with regard to village renewal.
However, clear priorities were set at the July meeting, which had already discussed the financial situation.
“We have decided that we will postpone that and fill the budget positions according to what we want to implement in the next few years.
A new setting of planning costs would be a prioritization again. "
A statement that Keimeleder could not understand: “So we don't want to implement the village renewal?” Eichinger's objection that planning costs could still be suspended in 2022 should it become apparent that projects are being implemented did not convince Keimeleder.
“We've been pushing this for so long.
If we don't do anything in the budget now, the action will die, ”he said, adding:“ We're not messing things up if we hire something now and then maybe don't spend it. ”Ultimately, the committee members agreed on that A further 150,000 euros should be earmarked for the year 2022.
The amount earmarked for fire protection in the community center Eicherloh was also increased.
70,000 euros instead of 20,000 euros are made available for the measure.
The reason is an emergency staircase that may be required at a later date (report will follow).
On the other hand, the parking lot at the former main field of FC Finsing was deleted.
“This is the parking lot that will belong to a future community center.
I don't see that we need 2021, ”emphasized Eichinger with Heilmair's approval.
Kressirer argued that the area might be necessary for a fire brigade access for the fire protection of the FC grandstand currently being built.
“Otherwise there may be no operation of the grandstand.
There will certainly not be a supplementary budget, ”warned Kressirer.
Committee member and FC chairman Heilmair was confident that a solution would be found in all cases.
The budget and statutes are to be finally decided at today's municipal council meeting.
It starts at 7.30 p.m. in the Eicherloh community center.
