"The Michelin Guide to Hong Kong and Macau" has always been for many citizens and tourists to find indicators of "hidden world" food in various districts. The full list of this year is expected to be announced on January 27.
Today (18th) Michelin took the lead in announcing this year's "Bibi Deng Recommendation" list, of which 63 restaurants in Hong Kong are on the list.
This year, 7 restaurants in Hong Kong were newly selected, including "Eight Treasures Clear Soup Belly" in Tin Hau, "Good Soup and Good Noodles" in Sha Tin, and "A Yuan is here" in Western District. In addition, two Shunde restaurants were also selected.

Three dishes can be enjoyed under RMB 400
"Bibi Deng Recommendation" is a restaurant that offers value-for-money food, that is, you can enjoy three-course meals for under 400 yuan.
This year’s promotion includes 63 restaurants in Hong Kong and 7 restaurants in Macau, of which 7 restaurants in Hong Kong are newly selected.
The selected new restaurants include two restaurants that offer Cantonese cuisine from Shunde, Guangdong, three noodle shops, and two restaurants from Thailand and Taiwan, namely "Eight Treasure Soup Pork Belly" in Tin Hau and "Good Mong Kok" in Mong Kok Congee and noodle expert", Prince's "Yi Dong", "Fengcheng Restaurant" in North Point, "Good Soup and Noodle" in Sha Tin, "A Yuan is here" in Western District, and "Thai Restaurant" in Sheung Wan.

The ``Yidong'' team was originally Mong Kok Fengcheng Restaurant
Michelin pointed out that the location of "Yidong" was originally Mong Kok Fengcheng Restaurant. After the former chef and owner retired, one of the original team members took over and reopened last year.
The menu is not much different from the past. Classic Shunde dishes include shrimp toast and fried chicken.
Michelin recommends the signature dish in the "Eight Treasures Clear Soup Belly", which means that the soup base is mixed with 8 ingredients and spent more than ten hours a day.
Other restaurants on the list include Mong Kok "Chuan Zhang Ju", Sunshine Centre and Causeway Bay "Din Tai Fung", Central "Sing Kee", North Point and Tai Kok Tsui "Tian Hao Luck", and Central "What to Eat".
The 7 restaurants selected in Macau include "Chen Shengji", "Xiang Kee", City of Dreams "Din Tai Fung", Institute of Tourism Teaching Restaurant, "Liu Kee Congee and Noodle", "Old Kee" by Choi Chi Kei, and "O Castiço" .
