Miyas' cheeses (Selected Studio)
Meet Miyas Halabi, owner of "Miyas' Cheeses", a home-made breakfast host on the purity of cheeses at her home in the village of Isfahan.
From her childhood she was a Miasa, very attached to the kitchen, worked in a lot of restaurants and specialized in the field.
Her father retired early due to a chronic illness and decided to bring home two cows that would provide milk to the family.
She decided to take the milk from them and produce different types of cheeses, at first for family and friends and then slowly the rumor spread among many more until she decided to open the business.
Miyas, tell us about your breakfasts?
"I host the people inside my house for pastoral breakfasts with all its cheeses and side dishes - omelets, salads, breads, and natural drinks.
My house is one of the highest in Isfahan so during the meal you enjoy a great and breathtaking pastoral landscape.
What types of cheeses do you produce?
"All the semi-hard and white cheeses: Safed, Halomi, Labna, cream and more.
All the cheeses are made by hand - all from real milk without processing. In addition, even at breakfast there is no product made industrially or with preservatives.
In today's world all food is industrialized. Which is detrimental to our health, so it is important to make sure we prepare unprocessed foods. "
So those of you who are already drooling in front of the screen ... Drive to Isfahan and enjoy a breakfast you have not yet tasted, because cheeses are eaten not only on Shavuot.
