The defendant also met 13-year-old girl B at the meeting time and asked to be B’s boyfriend. B also believed that the defendant was as close as a couple.
They met in the park for the first time on Christmas Eve in 2017, and the defendant kissed and touched B's chest.
At the beginning of the following year, the two met again in the park, and the defendant performed the same trick again and reached into B's pants to touch her private parts.
A few months later, when the defendant met in the park, he pulled down B's pants, put on a condom, and had sex with B in a standing position.
Intercourse with girl C Lan Kwai Fong after having fun
In July 2018, the defendant had a drink and entertainment in Lan Kwai Fong with his friends and 14-year-old girl C.
The defendant sent C home, who was drunk, but dragged C into the staircase and had sex with her without wearing a condom.
C had resisted pushing the door and wanted to leave, but was held back by the defendant. C did not go home to sleep until after the incident.
However, C's mother discovered that C was lying on the bed with her underpants on one foot, her private parts were more swollen and her thighs were stained with white liquid, so she called the police and the defendant was arrested in August of the same year.
