Lutz Liebscher's most successful TikTok video to date has a rough start.
"This is how the AfD tears its ass for Germany," says the Jena SPD politician and points to a closed door to the AfD parliamentary group in the Thuringian state parliament building.
A few days ago, 40 people gathered there for a Christmas party without masks, Liebscher told the camera - while the Left, CDU, Greens and SPD were negotiating the Thuringian household in the neighboring hall at the same time.
The AfD is clearly showing that it does not care about everyone's health, Liebscher concludes.
Success with AfD slavery
The video on Liebscher's TikTok channel lasts just under 40 seconds.
He uploaded it in mid-December and has since been viewed more than 500,000 times.
"An unbelievable viral success," says Liebscher.
In terms of general TikTok access numbers, this is of course less enthusiastic, but for a rather unknown SPD state politician, this half a million is definitely a mark.
