Clashes broke out this morning (Tuesday) in several neighborhoods in Jerusalem, after police arrived at the scene to enforce Corona restrictions.
Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Friday, removing six protesters by truck, and chanting "Nazis."

The police claimed that thousands of people "gathered instead in violation of the order, blocking the transport route, booing and constant attempts to interfere with the police to carry out their mission, while also attempts to prevent the entry of police forces to places where there is a flagrant breach of the regulations".
It was further alleged that one of the detainees was detained after a knife and gas spray were found in his possession.
As you may recall, on Sunday, hundreds of residents of the Mea Shearim neighborhood threw stones and objects at police forces, who carried out enforcement according to Corona guidelines, as part of which police officers arrived at educational institutions operating in violation of instructions.

Yesterday, the corona commissioner in the ultra-Orthodox sector, Maj. Gen. Roni Noma, said that he estimates that 15% of educational institutions in the sector are still operating despite the closure.
He added: "There is no doubt that in some places we see that there is enforcement. Is it to the extent we would like? We would all like more."
"We are trying to reduce the trend of morbidity and at the same time constantly increase the number of vaccinators who are slowly growing. Both the natural vaccinators - the recovering, and the medical ones - those who were vaccinated and are a week after the second vaccination. We will experience another wave of eruptions. "
