The President-elect of the United States Joe Biden paid solemn tribute on Tuesday to the 400,000 American victims of Covid-19, during a short ceremony organized upon his arrival in Washington, at the foot of the Abraham Lincoln memorial.

said the Democrat who will succeed Donald Trump on Wednesday.
