President Bashar Al-Assad issued two decrees today to implement the impeachment penalty imposed by the Supreme Judicial Council against two judges, against the background of legal violations and errors.
Decree No. 13 of 2021 stipulated the implementation of the dismissal penalty imposed by the Supreme Judicial Council in its Decision No. 4/4 dated 01/11-2021 against Judge Muhammad bin Ali Yusef, the advisor of the First Civil Appeal Court in Jableh in Lattakia, of the second and first degree, and the liquidation of his rights in accordance with the laws the window.
Decree No. 14 of 2021 also stipulated the implementation of the dismissal penalty imposed by the Supreme Judicial Council in its Decision No. 1/1 dated 1-4-2021 against Judge Rakan Muhammad Wahiba, advisor to the Seventh Misdemeanor Appeals Court in Aleppo Justice of the first and third degree, and liquidating his rights in accordance with the laws in force .
