Honors of Kings: The chef, who put Israel on the map and received a Michelin star for the first time in his career, received an exciting welcome from his friends on the "Chef Games" set and even shed a little tears
Chef Assaf Granit, one of the most famous in Israel, both as a chef and as a celeb chef, won a huge honor last night (Monday) that only a few have received here and received a Michelin star for a "broken" restaurant in Paris that he opened about a year and a half ago.
The videos from the moment of the announcement of the victory and disintegration of Granit and his longtime partner in the management of the "Mahane Yehuda" group, Uri Navon, have scorched the network and moved many.

Now, Granite's reception has also arrived from his fellow chefs who are being photographed with him these days for the new season of the cooking reality "Chef Games".
In a video uploaded by chef Yossi Sheetrit to his Instagram account, Granit is seen filming with Sheetrit and chefs Erez Komrovsky and Moshik Roth, who received the decoration for our restaurant in Amsterdam, receiving the same applause along with the rest of the program staff.
Granite, like everyone else, was very moved by the gesture and even a little teary, a relatively rare event for the chef, which maintains a relatively tough TV image.
The "Broken" restaurant opened about a year and a half ago in the French capital and immediately became a darling of the audience and visitors, most of whom watched the Michelin star in advance.
This is the first time that Israeli cuisine receives a Michelin star and more when it comes to a restaurant located in the food capital of Paris.
Granite has restaurants in Israel, London and Paris.

This is not the first time that granite has been served in the culinary capital.
In 2018 Granit received the title of Best Foreign Chef in Paris and in 2019 Paragon in writing from the Mayor of Paris, for his contribution to "the gastronomy and diversity of the city".
In London, too, Granite was an inspiring success, with the restaurant he owned, The Barbary, winning the title of best restaurant in the city.
