Deputy Health Minister Yoav Kish (Likud) was interviewed today (Wednesday) by 103FM, and referred to the high morbidity in Corona and its possible impact on the upcoming elections.
"If there is a high morbidity and high numbers on the eve of the election, I do not know how we will hold the election," he said.
"Hopefully the level of morbidity will be low and will allow people to get out of the house."

Kish stressed that this is "his personal position only" and not the position of the Likud and the Prime Minister. "The prime minister did not deal with this issue," he stated. "Whoever is responsible for this Central Election Commission." He noted that if the elections were held tomorrow, the Ministry of Health would recommend The Election Commission must postpone the elections for a month "until the end of the closure, until the wave of morbidity is over."
