Corona rule disregarded in the bus - afterwards the 15-year-old beats a friend with a folder

A 15-year-old brought her friend a laceration on the head in Bad Tölz on Tuesday.

She hit the folder.

She had previously disregarded corona rules.

central bus station

(ZOB) on Isarkai in Bad Tölz.

The girl and her companion had already attracted negative attention beforehand.

police

reported, the young Geretsriederin and her friend, a 27-year-old Wolfratshauser, wanted to get

on a

bus

without the mandatory

FFP2 mask

.

This led to an

argument

with the bus driver.

When he wanted to call the police, the 27-year-old tried to snatch the cell phone out of his hand - without success.

In the subsequent dispute at the bus station, the Geretsriederin inflicted a

laceration

on the head of

her 15-year-old friend from Bad Tölz

The police have now started investigations into

dangerous bodily harm

.

Wolfratshauser is being investigated for attempting to take the bus driver's cell phone.

Both will also have to answer for a violation of the 11th Bavarian Infection Protection Ordinance.
