They will have to explain themselves before the criminal court of Nanterre where they will be tried for endangering the lives of others.
Two men were arrested and then taken into custody following an illegal party which was held last weekend, despite the curfew, in a disused hangar in the industrial zone of Gennevilliers.
Arrested in the night from Saturday to Sunday at the same time as the participants, the two men are suspected of being the organizers of this clandestine party interrupted by the police.
According to the first elements of the investigation, it was on their initiative that about 150 revelers, not really cooled by the freezing temperatures and the advance of the curfew at 6 p.m., would have converged on a warehouse on Avenue Louis -Roche, in the middle of the industrial zone of Grésillons, to dance part of the night to the sound of electro music.
A listing with a thousand names
But only part of the night.
Because around two o'clock in the morning, the police arrived in the middle of this hangar yet sheltered from view by huge palisades covered with tags and graffiti.
After turning off the music and seizing the equipment, the police officers unsheathed the logbook.
All the participants in this clandestine evening were fined for non-compliance with the curfew and fined 135 euros.
They could also have been much more numerous since a listing with about a thousand names was found on the spot.

Clandestine evening in Asnières: 120 people fined in the middle of the night
"A party for 150 people here in this old warehouse?"
is surprised a regular of the industrial zone.
We knew that the place was regularly squatted but we did not know, however, that parties were organized there… ”
"It's irresponsible to organize such a thing"
Even disbelief on the site of the Derichebourg cleaning company, located a stone's throw from the disused hangar where the said electro evening was held.
“We were not invited”, seems to regret an employee before adding: “Bars and nightclubs are closed but young people still need to have fun.
They have to find places to let off steam a little, even in times of health crisis… ”

Neuilly-sur-Seine: a party in full confinement degenerates into a fight, an injured police officer
Not everyone has the same leniency.
"It is irresponsible to organize such a thing, it is really petty bourgeois who come to have fun in working-class districts without worrying about anything", squeaks a person close to the file in the town hall of Gennevilliers.
Which refers to the city of residence of one of the two alleged organizers arrested: the chic Neuilly-sur-Seine.
A festive New Year's Eve for 73 guests in Nanterre
Three weeks ago, the police had already had to put an end to another gathering of the same type, in Nanterre this time.
Four men of 32, 34 and 36 years old were arrested on the night of December 31 to January 1.
They are accused of having organized, for New Year's Eve, an illegal party in associative premises, close to the university.
All without the approval of the office of the association in question.
More than 73 revelers had also been fined for non-compliance with confinement following the intervention of the police, shortly after 3 a.m.
The four alleged organizers - who according to our information found themselves overwhelmed by the influx of guests - are expected on September 21 before the criminal court of Nanterre.
They too will be judged for endangering the lives of others.
