The Excellence and Creativity Authority today honored the winners of the first 15 places in the Syrian Scientific Olympiad competitions for the 2020-2021 season, who will join the national teams for the Olympiad in the specializations of “Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Informatics” at the Dar Al-Assad Theater for Culture and Arts in Damascus Opera.
The student, Sariya Muhammad Zahir Ramadan, from Damascus, won first place in mathematics, while student Mudhar Amir Qadar from Lattakia ranked second, and student Rayan Muhammad Deeb Sheikh Al-Basatneh from Aleppo ranked third, and in physics, student Mahmoud Muhammad Zahir Ayroud from Aleppo won first place, and student Ahmed Sami Baraa Askif from Aleppo ranked second and student Seif al-Din Muhammad Khair Khadra from Damascus third place.
