It all started with a story on Instagram posted by @balancetastartup yesterday Tuesday at the end of the day.
This account, created at the end of December 2020, has set itself the task of denouncing abuses in start-ups.
Claiming to have received numerous testimonies pointing out the deleterious management methods of the founder of the French jewelry brand Lou Yétu, he decides to relay them, publishing edifying stories from former employees, interns and suppliers, recounting the pressures moral suffered or observed and cases of harassment reported to occupational medicine.
In addition to these accusations, the posts also describe the daily lies of a brand claiming to be made in France and handcrafted, while a large part of the production would be purchased ready-made from China via a Parisian supplier.
