The women's is a strategic priority that has been reinforced with the appearance of the League and in the National Teams, doing better viewing

We seek to have increasingly competitive women's teams, we are convinced of the talent and potential of Mexican players, as well as the empowerment message that women's soccer means.
There has been a boost in FIFA generating more and more international matches and in the Federation we cannot be left behind.
We have seen important progress but there is still a lot of work to be done and part of the effort is to shore up the structure of the National Teams ”,

“It is a very important day for the structure, which is solid, based on principles of the game that are nothing other than how we want the national teams to represent us, that they be vertical, offensive, aggressive.
To comply with these principles, we define a game model and form a structure of various experts who nurture the game model.
The intention is to always have the best players, qualify for all events and be in the top eight in all tournaments.
That is why today we appoint Mónica Vergara, technical director of the National Team.
As this impacts other National Teams, we decided to promote Maribel Domínguez and Ana Galindo

Maribel, who was the U-17 coach, will become the U-20 coach.
