Stones were thrown this morning (Wednesday) at a police car in Jerusalem, injuring a policeman who was hit in the head.

The car arrived in the "Ezrat Torah" neighborhood of the city following a report of a violation of the Korona regulations, and the police were attacked with stones.

One of the stones thrown shattered the car window.



Also, police officers arrived last night in the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood of the city to enforce the regulations after a wedding was reported with dozens of participants.

Reports were recorded for those present at the event and the event was stopped.

The wedding was held in a school hall that was converted into a ballroom.

Yesterday, the police revealed the enforcement data and said that most of the reports during the third closure were given in the Arab sector, more than the general and ultra-Orthodox population.

According to the data, between January 18 and 8, 10,692 reports were issued in the Arab sector, which is 80 reports per ten thousand residents.

In contrast, in the general population 27,457 reports were given, which is 58.6 reports per ten thousand inhabitants, and in the ultra-Orthodox population only 1,628 reports were given, which constitute 26 reports per ten thousand inhabitants.
