"612 Humanitarian Support Fund" means that as of the end of December last year, its available balance was only 1.81 million yuan.

According to the financial briefing, the fund has received approximately 180 million yuan in donations since its establishment the year before.
The fund also lists the donation income and the number of funds approved in the past three months. The income in each month is much lower than the donation. Only after calling on supporters to consider regular donations in December, the income has improved slightly.
Among them, in October, it received a donation of 3.29 million yuan and an expenditure of 11.37 million yuan; in November, it received a donation of 2.85 million yuan and an expenditure of 14.52 million yuan; in December, it received 8.37 million yuan and an expenditure of 18.23 million yuan.
