Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif denied that Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations, Majeed Takht Rawanji, had met with the team of the new US President, Joe Biden.
Fars news agency quoted Zarif as saying in response to the allegations made by the French newspaper Le Figaro about Iran's delegate to the international organization Majid Takht Rawanji that consultations with Biden's team in New York, “It is interesting that the Figaro reporter has not confirmed that Rawangi was in Iran during this period and was in quarantine For a week when he returned to New York ”.
Commenting on the administration of outgoing President Donald Trump, Zarif said that this administration has not spared even the Center for American Democracy and the US Congress, and it will go to the dustbin of history today.
With regard to the nuclear agreement, Zarif made it clear that we have a strong agreement, which is the nuclear agreement, and the points contained in it or which were not agreed upon cannot be negotiated again, indicating at the same time that the Europeans were unable to do anything simple about the agreement and that the Westerners could not hide behind some Allegations.
