At 9:30 a.m. today (21st), a security guard reported that a woman was lying on the ground off Block 3 of Yinghai, Wuxisha Road, Anshan, suspecting that she had fallen from a height.
The victim was unconscious, and ambulancemen arrived and took the injured to the Prince of Wales Hospital, but the rescue failed.
The police did not seize the suicide note at the scene. Initial investigations revealed that the deceased was a 36-year-old surnamed Huang. It is believed that she fell from a unit at the previous site. The cause of death has yet to be determined after an autopsy.
