A Safed resident told Israel Today: "The earthquake was barely noticeable. My library was shaking a bit, but it ended quickly even before I realized there was something."

A resident of Kiryat Shmona also shared her feelings about the earthquake: "I felt the couch and the building shake. Until I looked out the window to try to figure out if it was me shivering or really an earthquake, it passed. It was not terrible but felt."

Those staying at the beach
