Manchester City's all-time record scorer Sergio Agüero announced Thursday that he is in isolation after testing positive for covid-19.
“After close contact, I have been self-isolating and the last test I did was positive for covid-19.
I had some symptoms and am following doctor's orders for recovery.
Take care, everyone! ”, Wrote the Argentine forward on Twitter.

Agüero has been in isolation since January 10 after previously being in close contact with a person who tested positive for coronavirus.
The 32-year-old, who has made only five league games this season, holds the record for the most Premier League goals by a foreign player and the most hat-tricks in Premier League history.

The news comes as a blow to Manchester City, who are currently second in the Premier League table, two points behind rival Manchester United.
