The airline agreement between Israel and Morocco was signed today (Thursday), according to which Israeli and Moroccan airlines will be able to operate unlimited flights on the number of companies and the volume of flights.

The Moroccan airline Royal Air Morocco has already announced that it will operate three weekly flights to Israel at this stage, using the company's Dreamliner aircraft.

All Israeli airlines have also announced that they will operate flights between the countries, apparently towards the spring.

Quite a few Israelis visited Morocco, but most of them did so on organized trips and in a rather limited way.

Nir Mazor, VP of Aviation Relations, talks about the leading destinations in the intriguing country, the nightlife and casino seasons and of course - how much it will cost us.

"Morocco that the Israelis knew before the agreement is not the one they will know in the coming years. The entry of this destination is for comparison like coming to Spain or Italy, there is so much to see and so many styles - from Tangier to Agadir via Marrakech, Casablanca, The markets, nightlife, beach and vast Sahara desert.

"It can be estimated at this stage that flights will be operated to at least four destinations in different periods - in the summer of Agadir and Tangier, and throughout the year Marrakesh and Casablanca, which will form the basis for comprehensive organized trips around Morocco," Mazur added.

"The price range for a week for a couple in Agadir at a four-star hotel on the sea is in the order of $ 750 per person, including flights and accommodation. These are affordable prices. This is a fairly long flight of about five hours. These are areas most Israelis have not discovered to date. .

"We all dream of going back to nightlife and in Marrakech there is one of the best nightlife in the world. The nightlife there is completely Western alongside the Moroccan charm, which we know at the tip of the fork from Israel. Even casinos that Israelis really like, "Mazur concluded.

Israir has already stated that it will operate direct flights to Morocco.

Gil Autumn, the company's VP of marketing and sales, explained to which target audience the visit to the country is suitable and how many Israelis are expected to visit there each year.

"We intend to operate a daily flight to Morocco as soon as the required permits are received," he stated.

"This is a destination that has it all - atmosphere, vibrant cities, cheap shopping, wildlife, beaches, challenging trips, roots, and culture of all kinds. We estimate that demand will be high and hundreds of thousands of travelers from Israel will visit the destination as part of vacation packages or organized trips. "Morocco, which specializes in trips to Morocco. Morocco is a destination that is suitable for both families with children and young people," he noted.

"Morocco ignites the imagination not only of the adults but also of the children. Experience a jeep trip in the Atlas Mountains (45 minutes from Marrakech), accommodation with a family in the village of Imlil, riding mules to the vegetable garden, picking vegetables and herbs and cooking together in a clay oven - All these will leave the children and adults with an authentic and extraordinary experience. The water park in the Eureka Valley about half an hour from Marrakech is also an amazing attraction for the whole family.Do not miss the colorful market experience - the hawkers' calls, the colorful fabrics and climbing stairs to the rooftops overlooking the square Sunset on the horizon. "

Autumn emphasized that "in Morocco, of course, we will also experience the desert - sunrises and sunsets, climbing orange dunes and the possibility of staying in hotels or desert tents. You can enjoy cycling routes towards the sunsets, the villages with golden beaches in Dahla that attract young people from all over the world for surfing, windsurfers , Paragliding and more.

"In addition, Morocco is known for its world music festivals such as the June Festival in the city of Isvira, which is attended by young jazz lovers. Genoa music, artisan workshops, Andalusian music concerts and world-class cultural events await travelers."

Moreover, Autumn offered "some experiences that excite all the senses like jeep tours in the Sahara Desert, camel rides and evenings around a campfire with authentic music".
