First public visit to the Gulf states? Sources in the UAE confirm to Israel Today: Netanyahu's bureau in talks with Abu Dhabi and Manama to coordinate Netanyahu's visit to the UAE and Bahrain between February 9 and 11.

According to the Gulf official, the visit will take place on the condition that there will be no closure in Israel. Netanyahu will first arrive in Abu Dhabi and meet with Regent Muhammad bin Zayd, after which he will hold economic meetings in Dubai. He will then fly to Manama for a six-hour visit, where he will officially and openly meet King Hemed bin Issa al-Khalifa and Regent Salman bin Hemed.

Officials stressed that the schedules are still subject to approval by the heads of state and may change.
