Hezbollah strongly condemned the two suicide terrorist bombings in the center of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, which led to dozens of deaths and injuries.
The party said in a statement today, "It is suspicious that the bombings will return to the Iraqi arena after a period of calm and security, especially with the escalation of popular and official demands for the exit of the American occupation forces from Iraq, which Washington met with imposing more sanctions on the popular crowd to expose the country again to terrorism. .
The statement stressed that the response to this brutal crime would be through the vigilance of Iraqis, their unity, their adherence to their freedom and independence, their rejection of the American occupation, and their continuing tremendous efforts in pursuing terrorist organizations and their remnants.
The latest toll from the victims of the two suicide terrorist bombings that targeted a popular market in central Baghdad indicated that 28 people were killed and 73 wounded.
