Special whiskey sour
60 ml Jack Daniels "Washed" in Walnut Oil *
30 ml honey water **
30 ml lemon
Angstura Lapel (Optional)
Orange zest decoration
* To make the Jack Daniels soaked in walnut oil:
Bottle of Jack Daniels
200 ml king oil
Put together in a jar for the boy and put in the freezer for 24 hours
Then filter the frozen oil through a coffee filter
** For making honey water:
300 ml of honey
100 ml hot water
Stir until dissolved
Mulberry and Louisa mullet
A refreshing version of Musoko Mule
60 ml of vodka, preferably Gregos Louisa
15 ml strawberry syrup
10 ml lemon juice
100 ml ginger beer
Pour into a tall glass with ice and mix to garnish with fresh strawberries and a bunch of fresh Louisa
Put together in a jar for 5 hours and strain the vodka
To make the strawberry syrup:
200 grams of strawberries
500 ml sugar
500 ml of warm water
4 drops of quality vanilla extract
Put everything in a blender
And filter through a coffee filter
Margarita
Smoky Tomis Margarita
45 ml tequila patron
15 ml from a glass
30 ml of lime
15 ml agave
Shake well and pour on ice
Mapache
45 ml Patron
15 ml Martini Piero or Afrol
30 ml of lime
30 ml strawberry syrup
Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass and garnish with strawberries
Gin
Market
and Tonic
60 ml spiced gin
120 tonic
Mix with lots of ice in a glass
Garnish with lemon zest and fennel flower
To make the spicy gin:
1 coarsely chopped pear
100 grams of raspberries
100 grams of fennel
Put everything in a jar for 7-5 hours
