For the time being, three project areas with a size of around twelve hectares are planned along the motorway towards Munich, approximately at the level of Argelsried / Gut Hüll.
It is positive for the investors that, according to the EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act), not only will the construction work be funded on a corridor 110 meters wide, but the subsidy will be extended to 200 meters from 2021.
"That was an important point because as much space as possible should be used for regenerative energy generation," emphasized Mayor Manfred Walter at the building committee meeting this week.
"Provided that the local conditions such as topography, trees and trees and existing buildings allow this expansion."

"

The municipality of Krailling was also involved in the development plan procedure.
She drew attention to the fact that "a development of the facility via the Römerstraße, Gut Hüll and existing communal farm roads on Kraillinger Flur will not be approved".
Gilching's building authority took this announcement calmly: Huber stated that "a refusal to use communal farm roads will not endure from an antitrust perspective".
The members of the building committee approved changes and statements unanimously, the development plan is now in the second interpretation.
On Tuesday, January 26th, the municipal council will adjust the zoning plan.
