From now on, you can register for an appointment through the HSBC Hong Kong website or the HSBC Hong Kong mobile banking app, and redeem the "HKD 3,000 New Banknote Exchange Set" at your chosen branch from January 26 to February 11 at the selected time .
The online reservation quota is limited, while the quota is full.

HSBC said that in order to avoid crowds and reduce the waiting time in line, HSBC specially arranged online appointment registration for new banknotes this year.
From now on, you can register for an appointment through the HSBC Hong Kong website or the HSBC HK App (HSBC HK App) without logging in.
Users can enter their name and phone number, and then arrive at the branch of their choice on the selected date and time, and they can directly redeem the "HK$3,000 New Banknote Exchange Set".
The new banknote set is worth 3,000 HKD, including 100 HKD 20 and 20 HKD 50.
New banknote set redemption service from January 26 to February 11
The new banknote set redemption service is provided from January 26 to February 11. Each customer can only book one time slot per day and redeem a new banknote set.
All branches will also start services at 8 a.m. from January 26 to 30, 1 hour earlier, so that users can pick up funds on the spot and perform the same-day diversion.
According to HSBC, users can use PayMe or HSBC HK App to distribute electronic credits with "FPS", or use the "RewardCash" sharing function of the HSBC Reward+ app to transfer "RewardCash" to relatives and friends.
A spokesperson for HSBC said that in order to meet the needs of customers for exchanging new banknotes, HSBC piloted an online reservation system for exchanging new banknotes as an additional measure to ease the flow of people in branches.
After the online appointment system was launched, it worked smoothly and customers responded enthusiastically.
