Nirvana Folklore Troupe performs performance at the Palace of Culture in Homs

As part of the activities of the Children's Theater Festival, the Cultural Palace Theater in Homs hosted a performance by Nirvana Art Group entitled Tales of Youngsters directed by Bilal Arafa.

The show, over a period of an hour, included several dancing exhibition panels about the Levantine environment and the importance of education and going to school, in which children and adolescents participated, in addition to entertainment paintings for children with the participation of clowns and comic characters, to conclude the ceremony with a group dance with a variety of songs.

Bilal Arafa, the band's trainer and director of the show, stated in a statement to the Cultural Center that the show targeted children and adolescents, indicating that the band performs theatrical performances for adults and children and has participations in several governorates.

According to Arafa Tomorrow, the group presents a play entitled My Heritage, My Identity, where they spent about a month training on the two theatrical performances in a way that introduces the idea and information to children in a nice and smooth way.

It is noteworthy that the group was founded in 2006 and has 30 members, ranging in age from 9 to 23 years.
