An indictment was filed in the Nazareth District Court today (Thursday) against Ahmad Bakri, a 24-year-old resident of Ba'ana, for three murders and three attempted murders.
The triple murder took place on November 1 near the Tel Dan Reserve in the Upper Galilee, and was another stage in a bloody conflict between two groups from the same extended family, during which 14 people have already been murdered.
The confrontation began in 2014 following a quarrel between boys from the Hasarma family, which clouded relations between parts of the family.
At first mutual shots were fired at houses, but later the murders began.
Between June 2014 and September 2015, six people in the family were murdered.
After much effort, in January 2018 a reconciliation was made between the opposing camps.
In October 2019, however, the bloody conflict flared up again, and reciprocal killings resumed.
