Today, three members of the US National Guard were killed in a helicopter crash during a training flight west of New York.
AP quoted the Federal Aviation Administration as saying that the UH 60 Black Hawk helicopter was used for medical evacuation operations in Mindon town, noting that the circumstances of the accident were being investigated.
"The helicopter was launched from the Military Aviation Support Facility at Rochester International Airport," said Eric Dor, director of public affairs in the Department of Military and Maritime Affairs in New York State.
