“There are 50 shades of LR, we understand that!”
exclaimed the minister who spoke during the long debates within the special committee on this bill, criticizing the right-wing opposition for positions he considered contradictory.
“Between an amendment by Eric Ciotti who wants to ban everything - I barely caricature (...) - and Annie Genevard who thinks the opposite; between Xavier Breton, very libertarian, who says that we must not intervene and Eric Diard who tells us that ultimately it is very interesting, I would be very curious to know the final vote of this text, ”
he said .
The minister attacked the deputy Anne-Laure Blin directly:
"For three days you have found all the arguments for not voting on the text"
, he reproached him.
“You cannot ask the government to be tough and when it is tough not to give it the guns to be tough. It is completely irresponsible or totally politician, ”
he concluded.
