President Biden has confirmed that Christopher A. Wray, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will remain at the helm of the police organization, something unusual since each new administration elects a new director.
He was appointed by former President Donald Trump and may serve in that position for 10 years.
Currently, the FBI is leading the investigation into the assault on the Capitol.
