Today, the German authorities announced the registration of the first infection with a new strain of Corona virus, which was recently discovered in Brazil.
Media quoted the Minister of Social Affairs in Hesse, central Germany, Kai Closi, as saying that a person arrived last Thursday in Frankfurt from Brazil and underwent an examination that revealed his infection with the Brazilian Corona virus.
And the Brazilian authorities announced that they had detected a new strain of the virus late last year in the state of Rio de Janeiro, where the extent of the discovered mutations affected the development of the disease is currently being ascertained.
