After three defeats in a row, the WWK Volleys Herrsching want to finally get back on the road to success.
It won't be easy.
Coach Max Hauser's team will travel to SVG Lüneburg on Saturday (7 p.m., live on sporttotal.tv).

- The Northern Lights are one place and one point worse than the WWK Volleys (6th, 18 points) after twelve match days in the volleyball Bundesliga.
Success is therefore almost a must if you do not want to lose further ground in the fight for fourth place, which would mean the home advantage in the quarter-final play-offs.
“Fourth place is currently rather out of reach.
I definitely want to go to the play-offs, ”said Hauser.
The north-south summit has always been an atmospheric volleyball festival in recent years.
This time, however, the match takes place against a ghost backdrop.
Almost exactly a year ago, the Ammerseer won the live TV game in Hamburg's CU-Arena with a clear 3-0.
The Hauser crew also won the first leg almost two months ago with the same result.
This time, however, the signs seem different.
While the Ammerseeers are still waiting for the first point to be won in the new year, SVG coach Stefan Huebner's team was harmed.
Of course, the opponents of the Herrschinger (Friedrichshafen and Frankfurt) were also a different collar size than those of the Lüneburgers (Netzhoppers and VCO Berlin).
But the shape curve of the "LüneHünen" is clearly pointing upwards after a rather bumpy season to date.
The fight for the play-off places is more exciting than ever this year.
While Friedrichshafen (36 points), Berlin (32) and Düren (28) are at the top of the table, there is a close scramble for places four to nine.
Just four points separate the current fourth Bühl (19) and the ninth Königs Wusterhausen (15).
The two teams will meet in a direct duel this weekend.
The easiest task on paper is for the Helios Grizzlys Giesen (15), who receive the youngsters who are still without a win from the VCO Berlin.
In the event of a Herrschinger defeat in Lüneburg and an expected Grizzlys victory, the Ammerseer would even slip to eighth place.
SVG coach Stefan Huebner has the next three counters firmly in view: “We want to use the energy boost after the last weekend to stabilize ourselves further and to be able to consistently call up such performances.” In Herrsching, Hauser has with his team despite the recent negative series found a good mood.
The 37-year-old was satisfied with the week of training: "The team trained very well." The 3-0 draw against Frankfurt gnawed at the players, says Hauser.
“They were annoyed after the 3-0 defeat.
I have the feeling that they want to do better in Lüneburg. ”In terms of personnel, Hauser can draw on a wealth of resources.
“You are very strong in the block and also in the serve.
First and foremost, it will be crucial not to hit stupid balls into the block, ”says Hauser.
He expects a “hard fight and a lot of emotion.
And also some happier referee decisions in tight situations for us.
We want to go home with a win. ”After all, the return journey from Lüneburg to Lake Ammersee takes a good seven hours.
