Johnson argues: Evidence that the British corona mutation is more deadly
The British prime minister said there was a possible link between the new strain and a higher mortality rate, but the vaccines were still effective against it.
According to him, the average mortality rate for patients in their 60s increased from 1% to 1.3% -1.4%

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said tonight (Friday) that evidence has emerged that could indicate that the British corona mutation is more deadly.
"Aside from its faster spread, there now appears to be evidence that the new mutation may be linked to a higher mortality rate," he updated.
