The government gazetted the mandatory inspection announcement late at night and included 9 buildings in the mandatory inspection.

Three of them are located outside the designated area, namely, Chai Wan Yuet Chui Court, Tseung Kwan O Verbena Tower 3, and Yuen Long Hi Lee Building; the other four are located in the designated area of ​​Yau Dun, of which three continue to test positive due to sewage samples , The other is due to a case; two buildings located in designated areas in Sham Shui Po also need to be listed for compulsory testing due to a confirmed diagnosis of residents.

Compulsory testing is required for 9 buildings gazetted.

According to the announcement, any person (including but not limited to residents, visitors and staff) who has been in the specified places listed for more than two hours between January 9 and 22 must be tested on or before January 25.

If the person under inspection has been tested between January 20 and January 22, they will be deemed to have complied with the mandatory testing announcement.

In order to implement the mandatory testing announcements in the above-mentioned areas, the government today (23) will add mobile sampling stations at Yuet Chui Court in Chai Wan, Kik Yang Road Five-a-side Football Stadium in Yuen Long and Yan Yee Garden in Tseung Kwan O.

The mobile sampling station at Maple Street Playground will extend its service until January 25 (Monday).

The opening date of mobile sampling stations that provide free COVID-19 nucleic acid testing services to the public in various districts has been extended.

In addition to mobile sampling stations, the subject can also choose to receive testing services at any community testing center in all districts in Hong Kong, free of charge.
