The US State Department announced today that it has begun to review the decision issued by the administration of the former US president regarding designating the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement as a "terrorist organization."
"The ministry has begun reviewing the classification of the movement as a terrorist organization and is working as quickly as possible to end the process and take a decision," Reuters quoted a US State Department spokesman as saying.
It is noteworthy that United Nations officials called during a meeting at the UN Security Council last week for the United States to cancel its decision against Ansar Allah, warning that it would impede peace efforts in Yemen.
