At 11:43 pm yesterday (21st), the police received a report that a man used a mobile phone to secretly photograph the skirts of two 18-year-old girls in Mong Kok East Station.
Police officers arrived at the scene. After preliminary investigation, the 32-year-old man surnamed Huang was arrested on suspicion of "undermining public decency." The case was handed over to Team 6 of the Mong Kok Police District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.
