Hasaka-Sana
The volunteers of the Water Management and Rehabilitation Project of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization branch in Al-Hasakah carried out rehabilitation and maintenance work for the school complex that the Education Directorate established in the city of Hasakah to accommodate pupils and students coming from cities and rural areas whose schools were closed by the “Qasd” militia supported by the American occupation.
The head of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization branch, Ali Mansour, said in a statement to the SANA reporter that the implemented work included implementing an external water network, connecting it to health facilities, installing three drinking water tanks, installing windows, in addition to preparing the outer wall for the school complex, with the support and funding of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The schools' gathering in the center of Al-Hasakah will benefit about 1,000 students.
The Directorate of Education in Al-Hasakah, with the increase in the number of pupils and students coming from cities and rural areas, whose schools were closed by the "Qasd militia," created school gatherings in the cities of Al-Hasakah and Qamishli.
