But in the first meeting of the year on Thursday evening, the local council has already awarded the first new construction work totaling around 810,000 euros.
Grünbach - So the master builder work, for which just two offers have been submitted, goes to a company from Vilsbiburg at a price of around 630,000 euros.
This means that the offer is around 28,000 euros below the cost estimate made by the Kaiser engineering office in Kirchasch.

The earthworks and sewer works will be carried out by a company from Erding for around 85,000 euros; here too the offer is below estimate.
The elevator in the two-story building is being built by a company from Bergkirchen at a price of around 92,000 euros.
Angermaier: “There was only one offer here, but for us with the advantage that we are not tied to this company for later maintenance work.
That means we can then freely allocate them on the market. "
The elevator is not only installed to make it easier for staff to transport heavy objects into the building, which has a partial basement.

Inside there are rooms for two kindergarten groups and a play group, the house also has rooms for staff and sanitary facilities as well as a changing room for the neighboring tennis club.
Parking spaces for the parents of the kindergarten children are located along the way to school, the staff can park their vehicles on the former stock lane next to the tennis courts.
“We expect the kindergarten to open in 2022.
That way we could relieve our children's home in Bockhorn noticeably, ”says Mayor Angermaier happily.
