Will the Ile-de-France residents again or even a few flakes last several hours on the ground, like last week?
This Sunday, the beautiful images of snowmen on the Place des Vosges in the capital are more likely to be replaced by those of cars in difficulty on the roads.
The police prefecture indeed calls for the greatest vigilance because of an "ice storm" followed by a "snow disturbance".
The prefect of police also recommends giving priority to public transport, or even postponing travel.
⚠️An ice storm is expected on # ÎleDeFrance tonight, followed by a snowy disturbance tomorrow.
The Prefect of Police recommends that Ile-de-France residents exercise caution on the roads and use public transport, or even postpone their trips.

The region in yellow vigilance
Météo France has also placed the entire region on yellow vigilance for snow and ice, as well as 50 departments in the rest of France.
“While the night from Saturday to Sunday will be very cold, with sometimes severe frosts in the northern half in the early morning of Sunday, a new rain and snow burst will cross the country during the day, with always possible snow towards Normandy then the Hauts-de-France before falling to the plain in the Grand-Est in the evening.
As the day before, the snowflakes will invite themselves in the sky of the Paris Basin but should only whiten the soils very locally, weakly and temporarily ”, indicates the forecaster.
Note that the wind, carried in particular by storm Hortense, will remain very strong from the west to southwest, even if it will have dropped a notch.
The Seine in flood
At the same time, the level of the Seine has been rising for a few days.
A flood which should continue until Tuesday at least according to Vigicrues.
Blame it on the incessant rains which, from Thursday to Friday, generously watered the Marne and Île-de-France basin and raised the level of the river.
The river is thus officially in flood and placed in “yellow vigilance with the floods” by Vigicrues, the organization of State.
The first overflows took place this Saturday.
The level reached 3.05 meters while Thursday evening, at 7 p.m., it was 2.36 meters.
