The Congress of Honduras approved a constitutional reform that seeks to prevent voluntary abortion and same-sex marriage.
Some pro-abortion groups reject the decision, which will have to be ratified by incoming deputies.
The new legislature begins its mandate on January 25.
However, those who support the Executive's decision assure that justice was done.
