Deir Ezzor-Sana
3 soldiers were killed and 10 others were wounded, as a transport bus was attacked on Deir Ezzor Road, Palmyra, by terrorist groups.
A military source said in a statement to SANA that “around one hour and forty minutes in the afternoon, a bus carrying soldiers on the Deir Ezzor road in Palmyra in the Al-Malha Al-Shula area came under fire from the south of the road from a terrorist group coming from the Al-Tanf area, which led to the death of three soldiers and wounding ten Others ”.
This attack comes at a time when some media outlets reported that the American occupation forces transferred hundreds of ISIS terrorists from Iraq to the Syrian Al-Tanf region to carry out offensive operations against members of the Syrian Arab Army and civilians in the Syrian desert.
These attacks are repeated on the transport buses on the Deir ez-Zor road to Palmyra by terrorist groups launched from the US occupation forces' control area in the Al-Tanf area, which provides protection and support to these terrorist organizations.
