Fire brigades, ambulance services and the police moved to Oberstögerweg in Gmund on Sunday evening - and left without having achieved anything: a neighbor had given the wrong alarm.
In order to put out an apartment fire and save people, fire brigades, ambulance services and the police went to Gmund on Sunday at around 5 p.m.
In Oberstögerweg in the center of the village, a resident noticed blazing flames and made an emergency call.
Instead, the emergency services burst into a cozy evening: the alleged apartment fire was just a planned fire in a brazier, the police reported on request from our newspaper.
Apparently it had been choked in particularly well.
In any case, the emergency services could move away again.
Better that way than the other way around.
